I’m pleased to announce that Sonya Wang is this week’s guest on The Highlighter Podcast.
Sonya is a loving mom, a loyal subscriber to The Highlighter, and a devotee of Oakland, even though she currently lives in Oak Park, Illinois.
On the show, Sonya and I talked about choosing a school for her daughter, buying a house in the Bay Area, and living in the Deep South.
We also chatted about “I’m a black man who moved to the Deep South. Here’s what it’s teaching me about race,” which appeared in last week’s issue of the newsletter.
There’s plenty of good stuff in here, so take a listen! And if you’d like, feel free to leave a comment with your thoughts!
